BOOKING POLICY
A $50 booking fee taken upon all bookings for new and existing clients
RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
Appointments must be rescheduled no later than 4 days before your appointment to keep your booking fee. Please call or text the salon on 0478 256 337
If you are booked in for a service you no longer require and change your mind on the day of your appointment you will still be charged 50% of the service as the time has already been allocated for you.
We send out confirmation texts 5 days before you appointment, and also do our best to call you prior. Our time is just as valuable as yours and this ensures that it is fair for all, including clients that may want to book in the time that you may not want.
CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW
If you cancel your appointment less than 4 days prior or do not attend you will forfeit the booking fee and be asked to pay 50% of your service.
